Our firm has been retained to design a number of homes in one of Toronto’s most established neighbourhoods: Forest Hill. The existing and new homes are built in the Georgian and Victorian styles.

The Toronto mid-neighbourhood is densely built and has high traffic volume. We enveloped the homes with stone terraces and green gardens to create an oasis in a busy urban setting. The designs we created combine the traditional design elements and the most modern construction techniques. The construction of the homes combines historic charm and extensive quality conveniences.

All homes feature a space efficient central hall plan. All homes feature a finished lower level, gourmet kitchen and upscale bathrooms. Additional ceiling height was carved into the roof structure wherever possible.
