OLD COLONY ROAD

The new home is located on a large and treed property in North York Ontario. Many of the ranch style bungalows are being replaced by large two storey family homes. The house features an open floor plan, spacious bedrooms with ensuites and balconies that embrace the existing trees.

The one of a kind home will have over 10,000 sq.ft. of living area. Large glazed walls will connect the rear interior spaces with the landscaped yard.

The project is a collaboration with Lisa McCann Design/Build.

The project completion date is Summer 2019.
