A team of highly experienced consultants and builders was assembled to create a hi-tech French classical estate. The floor and walls panels were constructed off-site in precast concrete. The prefabrication of the building envelope components required meticulous coordination of design and factory fabrication. The result is a period inspired design built with the most up to date energy conservation and ease of maintenance technologies.

The interior offers an expansive great room and gourmet kitchen. A second floor study and precast stone balcony overlooks the greens. Large French doors provide panoramic views of the golf course.

The property borders the edge of one of Canada’s most prestigious golf courses. The estate home is surrounded by gardens, terraces and recreational facilities.
