HILLSDALE

The new home is located in a mid Toronto neighbourhood. The narrow infill lots are being re-developed with larger two and three storey homes. The design consists of a new three bedroom residence with a lower level walk-out. The side hall design ensures direct visual access to the rear terrace and a bright interior. A variety of exterior materials were incorporated. Brick, stucco and wood were well integrated in the overall design.
