GLOBE GENERAL SERVICES

The project, located in Winnipeg, consisted of renovating the existing office and integrating a major addition. The office area was doubled and space for expansion was provided. Globe General Services is a major Canadian real estate investment and management company.

The existing office building was renovated to modern standards and the addition was designed to accommodate the company’s growth and create a dynamic image for its Canadian headquarters. The low rise design respects the scale of the surrounding residential area and design features such as the frit glass curtain wall makes the building a landmark in the neighbourhood.

Marzotto Architect was the prime consultant for the project and provided planning and architectural services.
