Etobicoke is in a neighbourhood that is established but also in transition. The older homes are being replaced by grand two storey family homes. The new homes have traditional Old English architecture and are outfitted by the latest modern conveniences.

Our proposal consists of a spacious new three bedroom residence. Due to the value of the real estate we developed a plan to efficiently utilizes the indoor and outdoor space. The open ground floor plan and the centre hall design ensures a direct sightline to the rear terrace.
